Prepare capsules ofCarrier oil (of your choice) with a drop ofCinnamon HE and one drop of oregano oil per capsule.

For adults only. Take one capsule each morning throughout the stay. One month maximum (take breaks and start again if necessary).

DO NOT USE UNDILUTED ESSENTIAL OIL.
