Caustic potash for the manufacture of liquid soaps. Potassium hydroxide or caustic potash is a chemical compound obtained by the electrolysis of a ore.

INCI : Hydroxide potassium

Properties : Corrosive, hygroscopic, alkaline. It is part of the manufacture of liquid soaps (allows saponification).

Use : To be used with all the required precautions (mask, glasses, gloves, etc.) always add the koh to the water and not the opposite. Handle in an airy and safe place. External use only, do not leave within the reach of children or animals. In case of burning, apply vinegar to neutralize or a jet of cold water.
