When your package weighs more than 10 kg free shipping is no longer available. You must choose the option with the overweight fee that is displayed. Depending on the weight of the package, charges will be shown at checkout.

Deliveries are made through Canada Post or Purolator according to the rates. Your package will be sent TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE if it contains vulnerable products.
Orders are processed and shipped no later than 4 business days (closed weekends and public holidays) following receipt of payment. In some cases, the delivery time may be longer (products not available or special orders), you will then be notified.

You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order has been posted. You will be able to follow the progress of the shipment of your package.
During the holiday season, deliveries are made according to the schedule posted on our site. Processing times may be longer during this period.
In the event that you do not pick up your order at the address indicated, the shipping costs and additional fees will be charged to you. Ditto if items are returned to us following an error in the address provided by the customer.
COLLECT YOUR ORDER
If you choose to pick up your products yourself, you will receive a confirmation email with our schedule when your order is ready, please wait for this confirmation before showing up. Bring your bags!

You have 10 days after receipt of the products to make a claim. We make refunds on defective products when you provide us with proof (photo or return of the product). After this period, we will not make any refunds and we will not offer any exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a product, please contact us.
Note that our creams are 100% natural, based on essential oils and brewed by hand. It may happen, in rare cases, that some oils return to the surface (droplets). This is neither a sign of mold nor a sign of product expiration. Just stir the cream lightly with a small spoon.
Refund of makeup products
We do not accept returns or refunds on makeup for the following reasons: wrong color, improper hold or application. Our makeup line is 100% natural and cannot be compared to commercial lines. Our numerous tests have demonstrated the high quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers, but we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of all without exception.
In case of cancellation by you
If you notify us before the order is processed and posted, you will be refunded in full. If you request the cancellation of your order and it has already been processed and posted, you will have to return it to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the return of the order, we will refund you 85% of the order (this does not include postage which we do not refund). We retain 15% for the time spent processing the order. If it is an order over $100 with free shipping, the shipping cost for the shipment will be deducted by 85%, so you will be charged.
