Carbon neutral delivery
At Flower Souls, we believe that it is possible to offer quality products while respecting the planet.
This is why all our deliveries are now carbon neutral, thanks to the program Shopify Planet.
What is Shopify Planet?
Shopify Planet is an initiative set up by the Shopify platform in order to automatically offset carbon emissions generated by the delivery of online orders.
Every time a customer places an order on our site, Shopify calculates the carbon footprint associated with transporting the package — from our warehouse to your door — and invests the necessary equivalent in certified carbon reduction and elimination projects.
How it works

Emissions calculation : the program evaluates the Quantity of CO₂ produced by each shipment, depending on the weight, distance traveled and mode of transport used.

Carbon offset : for each gram of carbon emitted, Shopify Planet finances verified environmental projects (such as reforestation, direct capture of atmospheric CO₂, or restoration of natural ecosystems).

Result : your deliveries become carbon neutral, at no additional cost to you.

Deliveries are made by Canada Post, Purolator or GLS, depending on the rates. Your package will be sent TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE if it contains vulnerable products.
It is possible that additional delivery rates may apply if the delivery costs charged by the carrier are above average. This situation often applies to remote and difficult to access areas.
Orders are processed and shipped no later than 4 business days (our store is closed Friday-Sunday and public holidays) after payment is received. In some cases, delivery time may be longer (products not available or special orders), in which case we will notify you promptly.

You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order has been posted. You will be able to follow the progress of the shipment of your package.
During the holiday and summer holidays, deliveries are made according to the schedule posted on our website. Processing times may be longer during this period.
If you do not collect your order from the address indicated, you will be charged for shipping costs and additional fees. This also applies if items are returned to us due to an error in the address provided by the customer.
PICK UP your order ON-SITE
If you choose to pick up your products yourself, you will receive a confirmation email with our schedule when your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before showing up. Bring your bags!
The processing time for an order for local pickup is 1 business day.

REFUND
You have 10 days after receipt of the products to make a complaint. We refund defective products when you provide us with proof (photo or return of the product). After this period, we will not issue any refunds or offer exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a product, please communicate with us.
Note that our creams are 100% natural, based on essential oils and brewed by hand. In rare cases, certain oils may return to the surface (droplets). This is neither a sign of mold nor a sign of product expiration. Simply stir the cream lightly using a small spoon.
In case of cancellation by you
If you notify us before the order is processed and posted, we will refund you in full. If you request cancellation of your order and it has already been processed and posted, you will have to return it to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the return of the order, we will reimburse you 85% of the order (this does not include postage costs which we do not reimburse). We keep 15% for the time spent processing the order. If it is an order of more than $100 with free delivery, the delivery costs for the shipment will be deducted from the 85% and will therefore be billed to you.
