Delivery by post (delivery to Canada only)

The delivery costs are indicated when you go to the checkout. These are fixed costs according to your province ($ 8.75 everywhere in Quebec and Ontario). Deliveries are made through Canada posts. Directly sent to your local post office (with the exception of packages of 10 kg and more). Orders are processed and shipped at the latest within four working days (closed weekends and holidays) according to receipt of payment*. Count 3 working days for delivery with Canada Post for Quebec.Count 5 working days for delivery with Canada posts for the rest of Canada. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been posted. You will be able to follow the evolution of the sending of your order via the site of Canada Post.

*Note that in some cases, the delivery time can be longer (products not available or special commands), you will then be notified.

Delivery is offered free of charge for $ 150 and more taxes in Quebec and Ontario before For packages of less than 10 kg only. This is accelerated delivery with Canada Posts. From 10 kg, costs apply, you must choose the option with costs. Depending on the weight of the package, the costs will be indicated when going to the checkout.

During the holidays, deliveries are made according to the schedule displayed on our site. Treatment times can be longer during this period.

In case you do not seek your order at the address indicated, the shipping costs and additional fees will be billed to you. Ditto if articles have returned to us following an error in the address provided by the customer.

Picking on site
If you choose to come and get your products yourself, you will receive a confirmation email with our schedule when your order is ready, please wait for this confirmation before presenting yourself. Bring your bags!

You have 10 days after receiving the products to make a complaint. We refund on defective products when you provide us with proof (photo or return of the product). After this period, we will not make any refund and we will not offer any exchange. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please communicate with us.

Note that our creams are 100 % natural, based on essential oils and brewed by hand. It may happen, in rare cases, that some oils come back to the surface (droplets). This is neither a sign of mold nor a sign of expiration of the product. You just have to slightly brew the cream using a small spoon.

Refund of makeup products
We do not accept any feedback and we do not refund on makeup for the following reasons: bad color, hold or inadequate application. Our makeup line is 100 % natural and cannot be compared to commercial lines. Our many trials have demonstrated the high quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers, but we cannot guarantee everyone's satisfaction without exception.

In case of cancellation on your part
If you notify us before the order is processed and posted, you will be reimbursed in full. If you request the cancellation of your order and it is already processed and posted, you will have to return it to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the return of the order, we will reimburse you 85 % of the order (this does not include the post costs that we do not reimburse). We keep 15 % for the time spent processing the order. If it is an order of more than $ 100 with free delivery, the delivery costs for the shipment will be deducted from 85 %, so you will be invoiced.
