Apply this oil twice a day using circular movements on stretch marks or preventively on areas prone to stretch marks (stomach, chest, hips, thighs, buttocks, etc.).

For pregnant women: it is recommended to apply the oil twice a day from the start of pregnancy as an anti-stretch mark routine until delivery on areas prone to stretch marks (stomach, chest, hips, thighs, buttocks, etc.), then continue to apply it every day after delivery. This oil is compatible with breastfeeding.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend using this pure oil. Generally speaking, essential oils are not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding; certain essential oils are even strictly prohibited.
