Properties : Mainly analgesic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory, but also stomachic, diuretic, astringent and digestive. Eliminates excess uric acid.

Precautions : Should be avoided in people allergic to salicylates (aspirin). However, some of these subjects reported having no adverse effects with meadowsweet. The active ingredient would be different and its effects would also be different. It is advisable to remain cautious. Avoid with cats.

Uses of vegetable powders: In capsules, in food, in smoothies, in lozenges and energy balls, then externally (cosmetics, ointments, poultices). With few exceptions, plant powders are not soluble in water, although several molecules they contain are.
