Properties : Stimulates the adrenals, expectorant, emollient, anti-inflammatory, phytogenic, hepatoprotective, light and hypertensive laxative. Used as anti-inflammatory in cosmetics. Good taste in pastilles and energy balls.

Precautions :
In excess: hypertension, excessive loss of potassium, edema, water retention, headache, dizziness and decrease in diuresis.
Short -term plant: no more than 4 weeks. Up to 6 weeks if it is accompanied by plants rich in potassium and a diet poor in sodium.
Avoid during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in young children.
Avoid with the following disorders: hypertension and other cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, hypertonia, renal failure, hypokalemia, cirrhosis of the liver, insufficient bile production.
Do not take with synthetic diuretics or with hypertension and angina drugs.
Caution: possible interactions with anovulators and other hormone therapy.
