Properties: Great air antiseptic, adrenal tonic. Scots pine essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve muscle and joint pain associated with strains, sprains or rheumatoid arthritis as well as to help relieve colds and coughs.

Adrenal tonic (fatigue) in men

Externally, apply a drop of pure Scots pine essential oil to each adrenal every morning. The adrenals are located in the lower back, above the kidneys, just below the ribs.

DO NOT USE UNDILUTED ESSENTIAL OIL.
