Rich in citronellol and geraniol, two monoterpenols characteristic of its pink fragrance, rose geranium essential oil is particularly appreciated in cosmetics for facial and body care. Its floral and harmonizing aroma also makes it a popular essential oil in natural perfumery and aromatherapy to promote relaxation and emotional balance.
