Properties: Nervous calming, relaxing, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, healing and skin soothing. Traditionally used to promote relaxation and sleep, soothe nervous tension and accompany the care of irritated or sensitive skin.

Rich in linalool and linalyl acetate, two molecules characteristic of its relaxing properties and its delicate fragrance, lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia) is one of the most versatile in aromatherapy. Generally softer and less camphorous than lavandin or aspic lavender, it is particularly appreciated in massage oils, facial treatments, soothing preparations and blends promoting relaxation.
