Properties : Natural vegetable coloring. On clear hair, it gives a nice golden yellow reflection. It soothes the sensitive scalp and makes the hair shine.

Make an 80% turmeric paste and 20% natural henna for pepper and salt hair that will find a beautiful golden color. Left to act for 20 minutes or more and rinse.

Give good looks to dull skins, soothes sensitive skin. The curcumin contained in turmeric powder is known for its action inhibitor of the activity of elastasis (enzyme responsible for signs of skin aging and the appearance of wrinkles). L'Turmeric essential oil is less cheerful than a turmeric mask (preferable to do it in oil since several turmeric molecules are liposoluble).

Precautions: Do not take with anti-coagulants because it fluidifies blood. Be careful with pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as during menopause heat (it is a "hot" plant that could worsen the situation).

Plant powders' uses: In capsules, in food, in smoothie, in pastilles and energy balls, then externally (cosmetics, ointments, poultices). Unless exceptional, plant powders are not soluble in water, although several molecules they contain.
