Properties : German chamomile is present in many skin and hair care recipes.It is a soothing and anti-inflammatory plant.Mixed with henna, it can lighten pale hair. The German chamomile flower powder constitutes a gentle exfoliant when added to the emulsions. Internally, it is anti-inflammatory, digestive and calming.

Precautions : Watch out for allergies to the Asteraceae family. Caution with pregnant women (against theoretical indication).

Plant powders' uses: In capsules, in food, in smoothie, in pastilles and energy balls, then externally (cosmetics, ointments, poultices). Unless exceptional, plant powders are not soluble in water, although several molecules they contain.
