Alcohol is a solvent that makes it possible to extract very effectively the active ingredients from medicinal plants, particularly alkaloid plants and aromatic plants (essential oils). Colorful and almost odorless liquid that does not freeze.
INCI : Alcohol (+ %)
Uses: Acohol extract, cleansing and make-up artists, perfumes and absolute.
Use : Can be used as such or diluted in water. Internal and external use. To make a Alcool extract, macerate fresh plants in alcohol for one to two months before filtering. You can adjust the alcohol concentration of a 94% alcohol by adding water (for example to obtain a 50% alcohol).
Alcohol concentration: 40% or 94%
Conservation : indefinite
