Properties : This small exotic fruit is an excellent source of antioxidants (fight free radicals and slow down cellular aging). It is composed of oleic acid (monounsaturated fat-omega-9), linoleic acid (polyunsaturated fat-omega-6) and palmitic acid (saturated fat), vitamin E (an antioxidant) and vitamin B1 ( vitamin of happiness). The powder ofAcai is water -soluble.
